If you are either a beginner coach or have been around the block for a few years, one thing is certain, you can always have a deeper impact with your clients and grow your practice to the next level.
 
In my experience coaching for more than 9 years now, I have met an incredible amount of coaches, many who are very successful in their careers. But I also met a large amount whose coaching practices feel like a struggle to sustain and their effectiveness regarding the impact on people's lives could be improved.

By being a huge supporter of the coaching industry and of The 3 Principles community, I've always looked at ways to help coaches thrive, whether it is through mentoring, coaching, group events, immersions, online courses or resources. And although many people have the means to invest in such things, I've also been aware to create useful content that is accessible for anyone.

But here's the thing, since the start of my journey as a coach, I have recorded more than 300 resources about a multitude of topics for a variety of audiences, including podcasts, webinars, interviews and live coaching demos - both as a host and as a guest.

The problem is that most of these resources are scattered around different platforms and many, where I was a guest, belong to other people. This makes it harder for anyone to have access to my best resources for coaches.

In an attempt to solve this problem I created The Coaching Library, where you'll find an evolving gathering of my best resources for coaches wanting to deepen their impact and sustain their coaching practice from the understanding of The 3 Principles. All organized in one spot for you.

WHAT?
This course is organized in a series of resource categories from the beginner coach to those who have spent years in this profession.

Here's what we cover:

  • Are you just starting out as a coach and looking for the first steps in becoming a professional and creating your first clients? The first section of this course - Starting Out As A Coach - have 13 resources for you containing everything you'll need to prepare you with the foundations.

  • Do you know how to create strong agreements with your coaching clients to get them more engaged and more likely to succeed when working with you? We cover that in Chapter 9 ( + we give you the exact same written agreement template I use with all my clients).

  • Do you want your posts on social media to actually lead you to clients? Chapter 10 covers a fundamental distinction to help you with that. 

  • Are you currently an employee and you want coaching to become your full-time business? Check out Chapter 12 where I show how to do this.

  • If you are constantly on the chase for creating new clients and finding new people to work with, Chapter 22 will be a treat for you. In addition to that, in Chapter 11 we have an exclusive interview that you can only find in this course - there it will show you how to build a practice by deepening the relationships you already have.
