We feel that coaching from the 3 Principles understanding is the most impactful there is in helping clients regardless of their challenge, problem or goal they want to achieve. Unfortunately, however, we see the majority of our colleagues struggling to create a sustainable income from this work.

Not only this but often the advice given to coaches simply isn't effective and in some cases can keep coaches stuck in an endless loop of training courses and little progress. We know because we've also struggled in our own practices and seen what works and what doesn't.   

We won't be only pointing you to grounding (although it is crucial) and we won't be teaching you marketing (at least not in the way it's often taught). We will be sharing the key things that, if you implement them, will create more clients than you can handle. 

WHAT
Some topics that will be covered:

  • Can you explain the Three Principles to a 10-year-old? If you can't then you'll have trouble explaining it to anyone. Discover how to share effortlessly so your coaching comes across as both impactful and long-lasting. As we have realised listening to Sydney Banks, you cannot give away what you don't have! We cover this in Chapters 2, 10 and 11.
  • Someone introduces you to a CEO of a company and you have 10 minutes to tell them what you do before they hire you...  Can you do it? Discover how deep rapport with a human touch will instantly lead prospective clients to ask you if you’d take them on as a client. We cover this in Chapter 4. 
  • You can talk about the Three Principles all day but if you don't create a relationship first, none of the teachings will matter. Find out how to create deep relationships that allow your clients to instantly trust you. We discuss this in Chapter 5
  • In Chapter 6 and 7 we give you our one of the biggest secrets that most people don't realise.  It's not really a secret, however, most people don't understand the power of Deep Listening and what it actually is.  You've heard of it, but now harness the power of deep listening in a way that has never been talked about.  You don't want to miss this one.
  • Have you ever been busy but don't seem to be making traction in client creation?  Discover how to focus on what's really important and how to manage yourself so you show up at your best for yourself and your clients. We cover this in Chapter 8.
  • DO NOT CREATE A FACEBOOK GROUP or any online community until you listen to Chapter 12. So many people think having a social media presence will magically get them being contacted by prospective clients ready to sign up. It won't unless they do it in line with the spirit we speak about in Chapter 12!
  • What's the difference between a part-time coach and a full-time coach? What separates those that can barely pay their bills and those that are thriving coaches? It's not simply charging more! We cover this in detail in Chapters 14 and 15.
  • Why and how to be visible online without being self-indulgent, preachy and in a way that creates conversations with potential clients. The good part is the more you are yourself the better it is. We show you how in Chapter 18. 
  • Most coaches aren’t using coaching agreements effectively. Matter of fact your agreement paves the way to either a successful relationship or a very hard road ahead with your client. We discuss how to use them properly to massively increase your impact with clients and avoid disappointments later in the relationship.
  • In Chapters 19 and 20 we don’t hold back on 2 misunderstandings many 3P coaches suffer from which are hampering their business growth. Most so-called "coaches" have these two things wrong. You'll be ahead of many coaches if you drop these two simple misunderstandings. 
  • What being a professional really means, what it looks like and how you can embody this in Chapter 21.
